    Each verification sent uses one from your plan. Resending the same verification doesn't use another.

    Remaining verifications and their expiry date are always visible in the portal.

    Add verifications whenever you need them. Each top-up has its own expiry date.

FAQ

Pricing questions

Does a resend use another verification?
No. Resending an existing verification from the portal doesn't create a new one, so it isn't counted again. Repeat API calls for the same deal are also caught.
Do unused verifications roll over?
Each month's verifications and each top-up have their own expiry date, shown in the portal. Choose a plan that matches your typical volume and top up for busy months.
Can we change plans later?
Yes. Move up or down as you add products, reps or locations.
Do SMS and email cost extra?
No. SMS and email delivery are included in every verification. Ask us about very high-volume or international messaging.
How do we pay?
Plans are billed monthly by credit card through our secure billing portal, powered by Stripe. Enterprise plans can be invoiced.
