VerifiMe for auto dealerships

Every deal confirmed, from the price to the protection plan.

Dealerships sell more than vehicles. Financing, extended warranties, rust protection, tire packages and trade-in values all create room for misunderstanding. VerifiMe lets buyers confirm each part of the deal on their phone, in their own words, before delivery.

The challenge

Where sales go wrong in auto dealerships.

F&I products disputed after delivery

A buyer says they never agreed to the extended warranty or the paint protection. Without independent confirmation, it's your F&I manager's word against theirs.

Price and payment confusion

All-in pricing, fees, interest rate, term and monthly payment are a lot to absorb in the business office. A written, customer-confirmed record of each figure prevents disputes later.

Regulator and lender scrutiny

Provincial dealer regulators across Canada, such as OMVIC in Ontario and AMVIC in Alberta, along with finance partners, expect dealers to show that disclosures were made. A timestamped verification makes that easy to demonstrate.

Chargebacks and cancellations

When a product is cancelled weeks later, the commission and the reserve are clawed back. Catching an unhappy buyer before delivery saves the deal.

Across Canada

Dealer rules differ by province. Your verification can follow them.

Every province licenses dealers and sets its own disclosure rules. VerifiMe lets you run a questionnaire for each province you sell in, so buyers confirm exactly what their local rules require you to disclose.

Workflow

How it fits your process.

  1. Deal is finalized

The deal is booked in your DMS or CRM, or your business manager enters it in the VerifiMe portal.

  2. Buyer receives a text

Before delivery, the buyer gets a link from your dealership's dedicated number and confirms each term.

  3. Problems surface early

If the buyer disputes an F&I product or the payment, your sales manager is alerted while the buyer is still in the store.

  4. Deal jacket is complete

A signed PDF goes in the deal jacket and to the buyer. The audit trail is stored for your records.

FAQ

Questions we hear often

When should the verification be sent?
Most dealers send it right after the deal is finalized in the business office and before the buyer signs delivery documents. That way, any dispute is resolved while the customer is still in the store.
We have stores in more than one province. Can each follow its own rules?
Yes. Build a questionnaire for each province, with its own disclosures, wording and fail rules, and send the right one from each store. Quebec buyers can switch the verification to French.
Can we verify used and new vehicle sales differently?
Yes. Build separate questionnaires for new, used, lease and cash deals, each with their own fields and rules.
Does this replace our paper deal documents?
No. VerifiMe adds an independent, customer-completed confirmation to your existing paperwork. The signed PDF report sits alongside your contract in the deal jacket.
