Fail rules & alerts

Know about a bad sale before it becomes a complaint.

When a customer gives an answer you've marked as a failure, VerifiMe stops the verification, shows them a message you wrote, and alerts your team by email or SMS. Problems surface in minutes, while the deal can still be fixed.

Rules you define

Any question can carry a fail condition. "Were you told about your 10-day cancellation right?" If the answer is no, the verification fails. You decide which questions are critical and which are informational.

  • Fail conditions set per question
  • Multiple fail points per questionnaire
  • Informational questions can be recorded without failing
  • Fail reason stored on the verification record

A message for the customer, in your words

When an answer fails, the customer doesn't see a dead end. They see your message: that a manager will call them, that the contract is on hold, or what happens next. It reassures the customer and protects the relationship.

  • Custom message per fail rule
  • Shown immediately on the verification page
  • Included in the customer's report
  • Sets expectations for the follow-up

Alerts to the right people

Route failure alerts by email or SMS to a sales manager, compliance lead, or customer care team. Failed verifications are also highlighted in the portal so nothing is missed.

  • Email and SMS alerts
  • Different recipients for different questionnaires
  • Failed verifications flagged in the portal
  • Full detail in the audit trail

FAQ

Questions we hear often

Does a failed verification cancel the sale?
VerifiMe doesn't cancel anything in your systems. It tells you, immediately, that a customer disputes part of the deal so your team can decide what to do.
Can we alert different people for different products?
Yes. Alert recipients are configured per questionnaire.

See VerifiMe on your own sales process.

We'll build a sample questionnaire from one of your real contracts and walk your team through the customer experience, the report and the audit trail.
