What's included.

Document, liveness and face match in one check

Every ID check runs three tests: the ID document is read and checked for signs of tampering, a liveness check confirms a real person is in front of the camera, and the selfie is compared with the photo on the ID. The result comes back as passed, failed, or in review when a human reviewer needs a closer look.

Privacy built in

VerifiMe keeps only what you need as evidence. It never stores photos of the ID document, the customer's address or the full document number. The face photo from the ID and the selfie are kept only if you choose, in private storage visible only to users allowed to see audit trails.

FAQ

Questions we hear often

Can we send an ID check without a full verification?
Yes. An ID check is its own verification. Many dealerships send one before a test drive or credit application, then send the deal verification later.
What happens if the check needs a human review?
The check shows as "ID in review" in your portal until the reviewer decides. You're alerted when the final result arrives.
Does VerifiMe keep a copy of the customer's ID?
No. VerifiMe stores a summary of the result, including the name and date of birth read from the ID and the last four digits of the document number. It never stores images of the document. You can choose whether to keep the face photo from the ID and the selfie.
Who performs the check?
ID checks are performed by our identity verification partner, Didit, which is named to the customer on the consent screen and in our privacy policy.
Can we require a minimum age?
Yes. Set a minimum age and the check fails automatically if the date of birth on the ID is under it.
